Responsible service of alcohol ( RSA)

By law you are required to possess an RSA certificate if you are involved, even indirectly, with the service of alcohol. This includes all full time and permanent part-time staff with patron contact on licenced premises (e.g bar staff, courtesy and security staff, waiters, concierge, door and reception staff). Also known as an RSG (responsible service of gambling), an RCG certification is necessary if you are involved in gaming related functions on licensed premises.
